A printed brochure for The Milagro luxury apartments.

To reach potential buyers before The Milagro apartments opened its doors, we created an engaging brochure to advertise the building’s features and amenities.

The Milagro’s branded marketing campaign, designed by Joe Symoski, involved colorful, motion-filled collages of people overlaid on the apartment’s features and amenities. To expand upon the brand, I created a three-dimensional layered effect for the brochure, by included a folded panel showcasing the apartment pool hidden within the image of the man and the kitchen.
