THE CASE FOR UNIVERSAL NATIONAL SERVICE.

A publication displaying the National Commission on Military, National and Public Service Testimony for the bipartisan company, Civic.  

The five attestants needed an engaging and professional design for their testimony to the Commission. With no images to break up the text, I focused on color to emphasize important information. Since both political parties were represented in the Commission, I used red and blue throughout the report. I made statistics red for higher contrast against body text, and used blue blocks to highlight pull quotes and introductory text. The two-column layout allowed for more text on each page, while remaining highly legible.
